RoUpdater terms
The rules for using RoUpdater and HBS Cloud.
What you get
Buying RoUpdater gives you a license to use the app on one PC per license key, together with HBS Cloud and the updates we release. You can move your license to another PC by removing it from the old one.
Buying
RoUpdater is sold through Polar as merchant of record. Price, payment, taxes, invoices and refunds follow Polar's terms. Your rights as a consumer under the law are not affected.
Using it
Use RoUpdater only for games and accounts you are allowed to manage, and follow Roblox's Terms of Use and rules, including their rules on prices and events. You decide what the app changes on your games and you are responsible for those changes. Every change on Roblox is shown to you before it is made.
Roblox
By using RoUpdater you agree to follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox's rules. These terms are between you and High Budget Studios only, not with Roblox Corporation. Roblox is not affiliated with RoUpdater or High Budget Studios in any way, is not responsible or liable for anyone's use of RoUpdater, and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for it.
RoUpdater works with a Roblox Open Cloud API key that you create yourself. You choose its permissions, you are responsible for it, and you can delete it on Roblox at any time. The key stays on your PC; HBS Cloud only uses the Roblox connection you allow with Connect with Roblox.
What you may not do
Share, sell or publish your license key, copy or resell the app, get around the license check, or use HBS Cloud in a way that harms it or other users. If you do, we can deactivate your license and cloud account.
HBS Cloud
We work to keep HBS Cloud running at all times, but we cannot promise that it never fails, for example when Roblox, Cloudflare or the internet has a problem, or when Roblox changes its services. If a step fails, the app shows it so you can act.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health, and as required by product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential duties and only for the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of software. Otherwise our liability is excluded as far as the law allows.

RoUpdater is made by High Budget Studios and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
