What this website does not do
It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, shows no ads and embeds nothing from other companies. Fonts, pictures and scripts are loaded from our own webspace. The game numbers are fetched from Roblox by our own server, so your browser does not contact Roblox when you open a page.
Hosting and server logs
The site runs on servers of a hosting provider in the European Union. When you open a page, those servers process your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type in order to deliver the page and keep the service secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
When you write to us
The forms on this site do not send anything to us by themselves. They prepare an email in your own mail app, and nothing reaches us until you press send there. If you email us, we use your address and what you wrote to answer you and to handle your request: a game pitch, an application or a bug report. Legal basis: steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete messages once they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Children
Our games are played by young people, but this website is aimed at developers and business contacts. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before you write to us.

"View on Roblox" buttons are plain links. Only when you click one do you leave this site, and Roblox's own privacy policy applies from there.

Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, have its use restricted, receive it in a portable format, and object to its use. Write to info@highbudgetstudios.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one where you live.
